Scotchman Peaks

The highest point in Bonner County offers magnificient views of Lake Pend Oreille and the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness area. The trail head is less than 20 minutes away by car.

This is just one of the numerous trails in the area. Borrow one of our trail books and go exploring.

Lake Pend Oreille

This North Idaho jewel is 43 miles long and offers 111 miles of scenic shoreline as well as world class fishing.

Many public swimming areas and boat ramps are less than 20 minutes away. Kayak, canoe and jet ski rentals are available at Britt's Power Sport in Clark Fork.

Clark Fork River

This river flows into Lake Pend Oreille and offers excellent eagle and osprey watching.

Johnson Creek also flows into the lake and offers a scenic canoeing or kayaking experience.

Both the Clark Fork River and Johnson Creek are less then 15 minutes away.
